Dege JUNIORS

My excitement for cycling is given new life when I discover new talent. I enjoy the enthusiasm, motivation and natural happiness that they bring to the sport.

These factors are what dreams are made of and separate the sport from being a hobby to the true professionalism of the sport – to maybe one day win a stage at the Tour or an all-time classic like Paris – Roubaix.

This endeavor truly comes from the heart and my goal is to bring passion to the cycling youth in the same manner that brought me closer to the sport.

The result is #DegeJuniors and in addition, I have also created the #DegeBambini Bogie-Wheel-Race, that brings together the youngest cycling enthusiasts.

We have selected the race to take place at the German Championships Einhausen on the 01.07.2018 and the Entega Grand Prix Bürstadt (sponsored by Olek’s Radsport) on the 31.07.2018.

There is no “I” in team and participating in the event itself makes you a winner, with every contestant receiving a medal after the race, along with a lunchbox and a hand-signed autograph.
